With various diagnoses myself over the years of IBS, Fibromyalgia, chronic PMS, Adrenal Fatigue, Food Intolerance, Chemical Sensitivities & other signs of imbalance, the HH programs are an overview of all of the major things that got me back to feeling like me - the best version of me - by combining, what I call the 'five pillars of health'; nutrition, rest, movement, mindset coaching and self love.

About Me
With my own history of chronic digestive issues, debilitating fatigue & constant dislike of my body, I eventually got sick & tired of feeling sick & tired and I set about learning what was really going on with my body.
I started reading all of the books on health I could when I was just 19 years old and from then (1999) on, I was hooked on learning about the human body in all aspects.
I learnt how important and empowering movement was and became a Personal Trainer.
Then I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, thinking that these two qualifications would give me and all of my clients everything we needed to become healthy, happy and love our bodies.
However, this was not the case. I still had poor digestion, fluctuating energy and a portion of my clients, although doing 'everything right' were exhausted, depressed, suffering and unable to lose weight.
This is where I started to dig deeper and after studying Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Functional Nutrition & Functional Medicine, Life Coaching, Yoga, Meditation, Stress Management and just about everything else I could get my hands on, I created the Healthy and Happy Programs.
